Our story
Kimon Services has spent years working in and around UK public sector procurement. In that time, we repeatedly saw the same problem: small businesses with the right capabilities and genuine value to offer were losing out not because their work was worse, but because they could not find the right opportunities or they did not have the time and resources to respond competitively.
The two main UK government portals, Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, publish thousands of opportunities every week. Without a system to filter and score them, searching is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Most SMEs either miss relevant tenders entirely or waste time responding to contracts they were never well-positioned to win.
KimonBids was built to change that. By combining real-time tender monitoring with AI matching and scoring, we give small businesses the same intelligence that large contractors have had for years, without the headcount or budget that usually comes with it.
