Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your KimonBids plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately so you can access new features straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle, so you retain full access to your current plan features until then. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.

An AI bid draft is a full structured response generated for a specific tender, based on your uploaded company documents and profile. One draft credit is consumed when you generate the initial response for a tender. Saving edits, exporting to Word, or regenerating individual sections within the same bid workspace does not consume additional credits. Free plan drafts are watermarked and cannot be submitted directly, so they give you a realistic preview of the AI output quality before you upgrade to a paid plan.

KimonBids indexes all four UK government procurement portals: Find a Tender (FTS), which covers above-threshold contracts under the Procurement Act 2023; Contracts Finder, which covers lower-value contracts and post-award notices; Sell2Wales, which covers procurement by Welsh public bodies; and Public Contracts Scotland, which covers Scottish contracting authorities. Together these four portals account for substantially all UK public sector procurement activity.

Yes. The free plan includes one lifetime trial bid draft. It is watermarked and read-only so you can see what the AI produces before deciding whether to upgrade. There is no monthly reset on the free plan; the single draft is a one-time trial. All paid plans include monthly draft credits that reset each billing cycle. If you need more than your monthly allowance, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need, including bid drafts, company documents, and track record data. After 30 days your account and all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting your bid library and any important documents before cancelling. You can restart a free account at any time after cancellation.

Yes. All plans support multi-user organisations with role-based access. The Free plan includes 1 user. Pro supports up to 3 users, Growth up to 5, and Scale up to 10. You can invite colleagues from your organisation settings and assign Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer roles. All team members share the same workspace, bid library, and company profile.

Tracker Intelligence does not publish prices on their website and requires a sales call for a quote. Based on market intelligence, Tracker contracts typically start at approximately £4,000 to £6,000 per year for basic portal access, with AI or bid writing functionality substantially increasing that cost. KimonBids publishes all prices transparently. Our Scale plan at £399 per month (£4,788 per year) includes AI bid writing, pre-procurement intelligence, PA2023 compliance tools, and coverage of all four UK portals, features Tracker does not include at any price point. Yes. Annual plans bill once a year at 20% off the monthly rate. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from /settings/billing and Stripe will prorate the upgrade so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades from annual to monthly take effect at the end of your current annual period, and there is no pro-rata refund for the unused portion. Monthly billing has no long-term lock-in, so you can cancel or change plan at the end of any monthly cycle.

Pick Monthly or Annual at the top of the pricing page. The URL updates to ?billing=annual when Annual is selected, so you can bookmark or share the annual view directly. Your plan choice and the checkout amount switch to the annual price when Annual is selected, and back to the monthly price when Monthly is selected. The toggle preserves any other URL parameters such as campaign tracking, so links you arrive on keep working as you switch.

Three things. First, UK GDPR + PECR: KimonBids has a documented Legitimate Interest Assessment, marketing consent flows that respect PECR, and a cascade-deletion path so a deleted account removes all associated data within our retention window. Second, Procurement Act 2023 alignment: our compliance generators (Carbon Reduction Plan, Modern Slavery Statement, and the PA2023 readiness checklist) are kept current as the Act and its supporting guidance evolve. Third, Stripe-secure payments: all card data is handled by Stripe under PCI DSS, KimonBids is UK-built, and Stripe stores cardholder data in the EU.
